Shanghai

To help reduce food waste in Shanghai, Eve Li was determined to start a food bank, but didn’t know where to start. After reaching out to GFN for guidance, Eve was invited to attend the Food Bank Leadership Institute, giving her invaluable training, education, and time with the GFN staff. Three months later, Eve launched the first food bank in Shanghai. Today, the Green Food Bank has grown to serve nearly 80,000 people.
